They look good, but don't folks typically use thinner bacon?

To each his own of course ... dang nice outcome for first time.

Looks good to me! I'm gonna make my first moink balls on Sunday for the Daytona 500 party I'm having. How long and at what temp??

I cooked mine at 250 ...ish for an hour and 10 minutes or so. The meatballs will cook on time I just let them go until the bacon crisped up some.

And @ OP, they look good from where I sit

They looks great, next time try using some cubed New York strips. Costs more but you wont go back to meatballs. Strips is the only way I make them anymore.
