I love me some chili. The beans, however, while I'll eat them are not usually on my list. I like the corn angle though!

2 Pounds Chopped brisket
1 qt tomato juice
1 15 oz can of tomato puree
1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 15 oz can of black beans drained
1 15 oz can of pinto beans drained( i only use 1 can of beans)
1/2 can of corn
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced jalapeņo
1/4 cup chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper( to taste)
1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar to taste.( maybe omitted) i like a hint of sweet with spice.
Once chili is plated add a few shakes of your favorite hot sauce. Oyster crackers and grated cheddar cheese. This hot sauce is the best. I was born and raised in N.O.

Looks really good. After looking at your chili I plan on making some brisket chili with my left overs on Tuesday. Thanks!
