First time doing some beef ribs. I decided to try these out since I am still having issues with baby backs coming out tender.
I put a rub on that was a little more spicy than I usually do since my wife and daughter don't like very spicy foods, but it came out great and they loved it. Beef ribs seem way easier to cook too. I cooked them on direct low heat for 10 minutes, then covered them in a foil pan with a cooling rack to keep them out of the juices and added 1/2 cup beef broth. I let them go for 2 hours, turning over once.

I then made my own BBQ sauce, cole slaw and my wife made up some mashed potatoes.
