I believe you are correct. I'm thinking Ross in Ventura maybe?

That's not the droid you're looking for.

I've seen this UDS before, it's awesome! (Coming from a Sci-Fi gal.)

That is really well done! (kinda takes the U out of UDS...)

The first two things that always come to mind for me when I look at a drum (or WSM/ECB) shaped smoker is either R2D2 or the Minions from Despicable Me.

Speaking of which...

(not mine, but another pretty cool paint job on a smoker)

I'd hate to use it, afraid I'd ruin the paint job

My wife is a big Dr. Who fan.

I keep kicking around making one of my UDS look like a Dalek.

Better yet a Tardis - you'd never have to worry about having enough space for a cook. You know the whole it's bigger on the inside. :becky:

I like it, a mini UDS I could cook for 300 on.

Thanks for thinking of me but that R2 doesn't belong to me. It does however belong to a brethren (PhilipW):http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1639028&postcount=153

My R2 is a just a drink cooler and I went to the dark side with my Darth Maul UDS:

I love it! I'm a huge Star Wars geek. My youngest son is named Lucas, after George Lucas. And I call him Luke, after Luke Skywalker. My wife vetoed us giving him the middle name Skywalker. Devil woman.

I think the Tardis would look great as a cabinet smoker!
