Thought i would try the game bird and sercet weapon rubs i got from oakridge in the sampler pack.

rubbed the ribs with mustard then tossed on the secret weapon ;)

and then the chicken halves.

Ill update later cooking is still in progress using apple pecan and cherry.

Would have been better if i rubbed the chicken and let it set overnight. If you haven't tried the oakridge rubs your really missing out. Looks like im going to buy some more come the first of the year.
