Looking for one, for the weekend ?

Yes , pibil
Used to have a simple recipe - truth be told I stole it off of a DVD extra for "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" -- but can't seem to find it now. Made it a few times and was always a crowd pleaser.

I feel like I made a couple changes to it, but that's the lost part of my receipe.
Great dish though.
