Smoking a stuffed pork loin with apple pie filling. Using oak for the wood.

Nice lite oak smoke.
I have a pork roast in the freezer I need to do something with... Looking forward to the finished product.

Dang that means it's thicker and sweeter than store bought filling.
Should give ya a good flavor and add some moisture to the loin

Very tasty but could have used more filling.
