Just like the title says. I googled and such, just thought I'd mine the variable treasure trove that is the Brethren and Sisteren! Guidelines would be basic ingredients, quick to make, preferably kid-friendly, and could get mixed with ground beef if need be (is that kosher?!?!?). Probably asking too much, but thought I'd throw it out there to see if y'all had anything. Thanks!

I am think the lamb has to have been circumcised prior to slaughter :-P

I've got nothing specific, but you could probably find a good kosher beef based recipe, and sub the lamb, and maybe modify the seasonings to suit the lamb better :noidea:

Lamb Fatty. Season inside with garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Put about 4 oz of feta inside. Roll and seal. Season the outside. Apply smoke. Serve on a Kaiser bun.

Couldn't put feta in it, because you can't mix the meat with the dairy

Google "lamb shawarma recipes." Get some pittas and let the kids make their own sandwiches.
