Did 2 slabs of BBs, pack of maple skinnies, hot & maple fatty, 5 hot links and a couple of venison/pork sausages. And a 4lb 1/2 bone in butt, which I halved to speed up cook. I'll report later on that. 1/2 of a rack of ribs got glazed with some Texas 1015 onion glaze.

I know what you mean, at least I can comfort myself with a hot flask of Dr BBQ's Brisket Chilli (with extra beans!!!). :-D

Looks good, Thillin! How long did you cook the sausage, and what temps?

First pic is the deer sausage. It was par smoked by the proccessor. Went in for about 1-2 hrs. Depending on size. I went by look. The same with the hot links (2nd pic). I actually over cooked a tad.

I tried out our very own JPW23's sauces.
I tried the Spicey Apple and the Damn Hot. Both were really good. The apple was sweet followed by some heat.
