Well here goes. First real post and attempting to add a photo.
BB Ribs for dinner last night. 2LB rack, rubbed with my own Texas style rub. Two hours in the Hickory smoke, one hour wrapped with added rub and honey, 30 minutes over the coals to glaze with a Kansas City style sauce. Hope you enjoy, we sure did.
