Nice! How much did your flat weigh and how hot did you cook it?

It weighed about 2.5 lbs. I cooked at about 375 for 2.5 hours and then 30 min in pressure cooker.

Dumb question. Do you put liquid in with the meat? Looks real nice!

The bark softens up a little and is not as hard after pressure cooked. The only liquid I use is about 3/4 cup of beef broth on bottom of pressure cooker. The meat sits on a rack above the broth not in it.

Last question. How long is the total cycle time for a 35 minute cook? I know it takes a while for a pressure cooker to cool to the point of being able to open it, but never timed it. Never thought about a electric PC

You can open it as soon as its done. Just push the pressure release valve and the steam comes out and then it unlocks.
