Pizza is one of my favorite ways to use leftover bbq. Pampered chef used to sell a spicy bbq sauce that, when married with leftover pulled beef, made a wonderful pizza. Only they discontinued it right after I figured that out. Story/life...

Your pizza looks great! Homemade crust? I stink at crusts so tend to do mixes.

Thanks for sharing

Yes the crust is homemade
3 to 4 cups of flour (3 in the bowl and 1 cup to the side)
2 packages of pizza dough yeast (1/4 oz. Each)
1 cup of milk with one tbsp of butter scolded

1/4 cup of Luke warm water and tablespoon of sugar and also add the yeast to this. Wait till it at least doubles in size. Then mix this and the scolded milk with the flour.
Knead this for a couple minutes (use the remaining flour for this part) and put it back in a bowl (cover the dough with a little oil) let it rise until it doubles once more. Then you have a good pizza dough.
You can add spices of your choice too. Hope this helps.

I'm going to borrow that dough recipe. I have tried several times to get it right and never have. The wife tends to get the pizza kits in a box and frankly, I hate them mixes. Yuck!

And that Pizza looks great!

It works good for me. And I would never use a pre made crust. Would rather just order a pizza from Domino's. And thanks :becky:
