local grocery had pork loins on sale yesterday, picked up a five pounder for eight bucks. not the biggest pork loin fan but figured id give it a go. rubbed it with applewood rub smoked it on the kettle. turned out ok, bit dry, think i should have pulled it a little sooner and rest a little longer. but the flavor profile was there, good smoke flavor as well. btw i took it off when it reach 150 rested for half hour. enjoy!

Never coook a loin past 135 deg wrap it and rest it 35-40 min let carry over finish it.

Looks good. As has been said, don't believe the BS about cooking all of the red out of pork.
