View Full Version : A Mans meal...How it should be. Reverse sear ribeye/bacon wrapped fillet on the Jimmy

After a hard day raking leaves and working outside i got a hankerin for steak and potatoes. Wanted to try steaks out on the Jimmy for the first time too..good excuse!

Don't need no fancy sear marks...just fire sear and meat!

Oh put some Island spice All Purpose rub on the fillet before a little steak rub...oh baby, will do that again. Ribeye just good old fashion SPOG
