Smoked my share of a collective effort with my cousin.55 pounds of belly and a boneless loin.My cut was three slabs and about twelve inches of the loin.Let the pron begin.

What we cooked on.Originally I built it as a hog roaster with rotisserie.Improvised into stick burner for the bacon smoke.

Tried to keep it at 225 +/- 50 degrees.

A small amount did.As you can see there's plenty left.

Absolutely! I figure I can fit 10 bellies in there if I had to but I am only doing 3.

It tastes like meat+candy+heaven.Juice was falling out of it when I sliced it.
