LOL...no it's not burnt, I just kept it 375-400 for a while.

LOL, it was actually a dark mahogany color but the camera did what it was going to do. Oh yea it was deeelish. I try to make one once a week because it's a good snack for the dogs and meals for me. On to beef now for a couple of days...bacon wrapped fillets i'm thinking.
