A 9 lb butt in smoking in the mini about 8 hours now...stuck at 199 and pulling at 200. Giving it a rest and pulling for ND/Michigan! Go Irish!!!

Keith's PP finishing sauce:

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup natural catsup (no corn syrup)
TB red pepper flakes
ts worstershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
ts salt
ts cayenne pepper

Simmer and let cool, this can be mixed in the pulled pork as well as be used as a dipping sauce.
