I used to eat that this joint in brady texas called lonestar BBQ it was awesome, usually got cabrito(goat) or their sirloin, anyone here brine and smoke goats? or do any goat cookoffs? im wanting to try my hand at one but would like some input on it.

Helped out with a whole goat underground. Did it similar to a hog underground.

The guy I helped out had a stainless table made for picking through the meat to get out the bones and such. Turned out very tasty. I have never smoked goat. Would like to try though.
