I've got a rebel 28 gravity feed smoker and was wondering if anyone has tried hot and fast in any sort of gravity feed?
I was wondering if there's anything I should be concerned with (in regards to the pit itself) before trying anything.
Thanks

It works fine. You will just burn more fuel.

Is 350* doable?
I guess I'll have to give it a shot
I've only done one cook at 350 in my Assassin but it turned out fine. I was cooking chicken.

I've done it in my Stumps a few times.

350 will work. 300-325 has served me better
