New to some of this... What type of smoker is the charcoal box?
It actually is more radiant heat than a smoker. Fill the 4 corners with coals and put a few lit on top, minion method. It holds 300 to 325 well. Plus it only cost $5.00 a few years ago @ Wal Mart.
