I just received this rub today and I was just thinking out of the box and wanted to know if any of you guys have tried this on burgers.
Any suggestions on meat or how to cook would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to be cooking about 8lbs of burgers for labor day.
Thanks.

It's great on almost anything...

I use it on Prime Rib. I also apply a light top layer after using my normal Pork Rub on ribs.

Great stuff..

Well, I guess that was on topic...

Great on burgers! Especially when cooked in a screaming hot CI skillet too, which is how I usually do my burgers more often than not.

Do you mix it in the burger meat or just put it on the outside and let it rest for some period of time???

I like it on the outside, fairly heavy on both sides, then a 30-45 minute rest before the burgers go to the grill. SM on burgers kicks ass... :becky:

Used it on burgers many times and it's great, give them a good dose and fridge them for an hr or two before grilling. Yummy
