Here is my R and O cube. Doing a seasoning run on her right now.
Cooking chamber is 20x20x16 with three grates. To compare Fatboy is 20x20x17.5 four grates. Fully welded with rock wool insulation. The paint is a Ferrari color that I have liked for a while. A very dark blue with red pearl.

Very cool! first one I have seen on here(have only seen them on a different TX forum). Im sure you will love it- congrats on a nice rig. Is it easy for 1 person to load up on a truck(think a truck with a 6'' lift)?

As far as I know I have the only one with handles, so mine is easier to load than most.
Not super easy for two guys to load. With a 6 inch lift, both of the two guys better be over 6 foot.

lol- sounded like a good idea..I'll stick to using my trailer:becky:
just figured if I can get something lighter, I wouldnt need the trailer for certain comps.

Silly me. I saw "commercial pit" and thought you had started a bidness and bought an Oyler or something.
What you got would do me just fine though. Congrats! :becky:

Kbird, did you cook at the comp here in Rogers? For some reason your user name is ringing a bell.
No, I hate talking Bbq. LOL pm me your number and we'll get together. Maybe we can include packmanjim, he has a Lang.

Commercially built, not a home built job. Missed one important word in the title.

Two seasoning runs. Then, spatchcocked chicken and a rack of BB last night. Two racks of beef ribs just came off.
I'll cook on it every day till Saturday. Then on Saturday... 5 racks of ribs, 2 butts, and a pork loin. Then we'll see if I can get it all done at the same time.
