Neat trick with the artery....I don't know alot about anatomy but how does it get out of the vein and into the meat? May be a dumb question

Smokinwright

I guess I don't have that channel. I know I've watched it since switching to dish network. I thought it was discovery it was on though.

Just like blood, thru the natural connections, we do this in the shop for curing hams.

Same thing google told me as well. But I don't have a 194. Goes from 193 to 196.

If you were going to have them do spares....it might have been neat to have them cut out and use the ribs from the whole hog

I've missed and still miss the season 1 format...but have to say I've really enjoyed this one and love that they did whole hog for the finale and made them cook on identical smokers

They say it's the cook, not the cooker. The man has won with a pellet cooker, wins with a Jambo, and now pulls the win on a Lang he had never cooked with before.

That is darned impressive!

Your hog was the best looking by far good work! Did you get a chance to sample the other cooks hogs?

Thank you all. Proud to cook against David and Lynnae. David already had a reputation as a great cook. Lynnae was a wild card, but proved she had what it took. Two great people.
