I am ready to fire up my SM 160 in my food trailer and plan on cooking a lot of pork butts and brisket in this unit. Any tips, I am totally new to smoking so any would be appreciated! :boxing:

I've never cooked on an SM160, but I have a Cookshack Smokette, a smaller version. The SM160 looks to have the same wood box. I would take it easy on the amount of wood you use until you get a good feel for it. In my Smokette I use one or two golf ball sized pieces and that is more than enough smoke. It's easy to oversmoke in an electric smoker since the wood is not burning cleanly.
