I have noticed that I frequently grill or smoke the same meat from a successful cook sometime within a week or two.

My example tonight is the personal porterhouse challenge...which do you think looks best, tonight's meal or last weeks?

Tonight:

Last Week:

Gotta go with last week cause of the corn. Yes, carne asada with mesquite smoke is a regular here

They both look good on their own. But if i were to choose, it would be the steak from tonight, and the sides from last week.

Tonights looks best to me, but I would not turn down either one for sure!

Tonight's sides and steak. Like the char on the meat and veggies.

+1 Although I like last week's steak shape better. But the recent one has a nice char and juicy look.

I like tonights. I tend to repeat cooks often, focusing on making the meat perfect
