OK ... I do like the Klose Pits, don't own one and probably won't but they are nice so I am not ragging on them. Just saying I wish they would do something about their website. SWEET Holy mother of pearl that site is confusing!!!!
Just trying to find a small portable pit/grill and took forever wading through the site.

The worse the website the better the smoker.

As an IT professional, I would think they drop the couple grand (maybe even less) to get a more user friendly site. Might get more business that way. They stay pretty busy and getting through on the phone at times is a challenge. A user friendly site would serve them well.

You know, I can recall several threads now where people have said the same thing and it seems like word would have gotten back to Klose by now. I definitely agree, if they fixed their site they'd probably see a jump in business. One time I was looking for a backyard vertical offset and finally found the Backyard Chef Jr. that Klose makes but it was hidden in the industrial size cabinet smoker area! If I hadn't been persistent, I don't think I would have found it at all!

Their site is a bit confusing, but they are the nicest people you will ever meet. I have a 20x50 BYC that I bought used. They spent as much time with me on the phone on several ocassions as if it was new. I can't say enough how impressed I am with their customer support! Send Dana an email and she will get back to you and answer all your questions.
Once you get 'em on the phone, get comfortable and get a drink!

I have a feeling that they can't handle/don't want any more business. There is a multi-month wait for a pit as it is right now.
