This happens every week or so at our house. Often we make two 8-9 pounders and invite friends. Never a leftover

Thibq for finishing touch.s is made with ground beef and pork sausage, spices, bread to retain moisture, and mixed with egg and bbq sauce. Right before removal i brush on some more bbq sauce.

Love smoked meatloaf, no heating up the house, very little mess to clean.
