I used smoked sausage (kielbasa). Cut it in chunks, wrapped bacon around it leaving a "cup" on top. In that cup, I put a chunk of cream cheese inside and covered it with brown sugar. Pretty tasty little buggers.

saw this yesterday and kinda copied the chicken. I used thighs with mozzarella, asparagus, and of course wrapped in bacon. Cooked them on my Weber platinum at 300 degrees for around an hour. Turned out great! Thanks for the idea!
