I’m going on a little camping trip this weekend and I’m wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for some appetizers/snacks I could cook up on the grill throughout the day. Afraid I don’t have a lot of experience with a charcoal grill yet and come use some ideas.

Stuffed peppers, bacon wrapped asparagus, riblets, sliders, all make great appetizers, lots of good recipes on here for stuffed peppers

Do a couple of 'Foil Packets'. Quartered Cabbage with a little Dales taste very good. Corn on the cob ect... Lots of Hamburger Packets or Breakfast Packets to try. Those things work well for camping.
I built a large Grate I can throw across a campfire.
I modeled it after one I saw that 'Cow Girl' (On this forum) had on her
blog. Works great for Cast Iron skillets, Dutch Ovens, and of course for Coffee Pots. I also use mine to grill Steaks and Chicken.
These are all easy things to do that taste great.
