We had plans last night that kind of went sideways and we decided to stay in, so I made a last minute trip to the grocery store and fired up the Weber. Threw a pork tenderloin on, rubbed with Kosher salt, pepper, powdered rosemary, and garlic. ( If I had been thinking, I would have rotated the grate so that the grill marks went across the tenderloin.) I put the coals off to one side with grill rails to do the tenderloin with indirect heat.
Then added some asparagus and, on a whim, put some Brussels sprouts in a cast iron gratin dish and added that too. It was awesome. The sprouts were the nicest part just because it was a surprise how well they turned out.
