Mornin People;

Going to put a Turkey Breast on the UDS tomorrow. Will inject it and put it in at around 275F.

Any Idea how long that puppy should stay in there (HRS or internal temp?). Thanks for the help

when I do them, I do whole ones and it takes about 4 hrs give or take

165f on turkey breast.

Time wise, I would check the temp at 2 hours and you should be close to 165*F

I'll throw down for 160 degrees internal. Reason? I usually get a 10 degree hike after pulling it off and I found 170 to be perfect for juicy and completely done. I know, I ride the razors edge!
