Hello everyone. I joined your Brethren forum a couple weeks ago and just now have had a chance to poke around and see a little of whats going on.
I'd like to say thank you to BBQchef33 for the warm welcome. I was pleased at what I read about the posting rules and the monitoring that takes place. I live in the Los Angeles area and I am relatively new to the smoking BBQ type of cooking.
So I am very pleased that there are people like you out there willing to share and help people like me. I look forward to my future with the Brethren.
