My frinds and family are in love with the coarse ground S&P, smoked using apple wood.

I never cook BB's, but those make me want to go pick up a rack and throw 'em on the smoker. Nicely done!

Great looking ribs, just the way we love em. NO sauce on them to mess up the real taste of the meat. Well done.:clap2::thumb::cheer2:

I put some sauce on the table and no one even opened it.

Dayum, I would hit that bout 7 or 8 times right quick! Apple wood is the **** on ribs, kinda adds a nice sweet smoke undertone. I like it just as much as cherry wood. Ever tried cherry?

Just the way I like them. The salt & pepper lets the meat speak for itself. The color on those ribs looks perfect. Thanks for the post you've inspired me.
