Need some help with a recipe since I am in charge of this weekends race day tailgate.
I am planning on making a steak sandwich with flank steak and chimichurri sauce. The problem is thats as far as i have got. What are some other things that I can add the sandwich that will compliment a jalepeno cilantro chimmicuri sauce?

Well, I scoured the interwebs today and think I came up with a recipe that should impress my guests. Of course, I had to conduct a test run for dinner tonight to make sure it was to standard.
May I present Redlegs Spicy Chimichurri Steak Sandwich with carmalized onions and fried egg,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Chicken breast pieces(bite size) wrapped in bacon(and toothpicked), sprinkled with rub and on the cooker they go

Try pickled veggies. Cuts the heat and adds a new layer of flavor. slice up some carrots and cucumber and drop them in a bowl of vinegar for a few hours. Steak and cheese, vietnamese style
