My first brisket turn out great

I scored my first brisket this weekend and it turned out great.I took a lot longer than I thought to get to temp though.I was planning on about 12 hrs and it ended up taking 18 but was well worth the wait.I just used a simple Kosher salt ,Black pepper and garlic powder rub.
