Ribs look great, though didn't see the "bite shot"

I see you used a Soy Vay brand sauce? I've also been using their brand lately in the Island Teryaki flavor. If you haven't tried it give it a shot on chicken or pork. It's really good. How would you describe the Hoisin sauce?

Hoisin is a sweet Chinese BBQ sauce.

Wonderful cook as usual Ross.
