hey guys..sorry for the delay in getting back..I have a 2.5 week old little boy that has grabbed my attn :clap2:

I had the kamado on 225 with some applewood chunks: I've now cooked bacon on it several times..It's amazing!!!

So much so that we went to a cookout/pool party the other night & main attraction was a pulled chuckie...however I brought 1.5lb of freshly grilled peppered pecan bacon & seriously you'd of thought there was a swim suit model or something over by the app table b/c the guys were all clustered around it making noises :clap:
