Looks great! I think you nailed the color on those ribs. What was your wood of choice? Also, what cook temp and did you foil?

Used a mix of cherry and apple and settled the temperature in at about 240.

These were baby backs and I did 2-1-1, so they were foiled for an hour. They were a little to mushy for me(wife likes that), so next time I will stick to not foiling

Perfect looking meal is my thought!
Nothing better tasting than a pan of beans catching the nectar of the ribs.
