Hello all, going to fire up the uds today and I want to do some beef... Don't have time for a brisket... Any other cuts you would recommend?

Chuckie. Great fro pulled. And if you pull off at right temp say 170 or so ive sliced and fooled people into thinking it was great brisket!

The last beef that rode my smoker was a tenderloin. Cooked just past rare.

A 3 lb rtanding rib roast rubbed with butter garlic rosemarry salt and pepper. Smoke at 230 or so and pull off at about 120*.

Thanks... But couldn't find one at the supermarket... Believe it or not.... Got a pork butt instead... I need to find a butcher...

Beef ribs, short ribs, chuckie, and meatloaf would all be great!
