Cooked my Black Angus Montana Grass Fed Tri-Tip tonight on my Vision Ceramic Kamado. 8 minutes a side at 550 degrees. I made it with cast iron mushrooms and onions and my homemade chimichurri.

Looks great!

Though I have to admit, just a tad bit to cooked for my taste. I like a little more medium rare. I probably would have went 5 minutes a side, but that's just me. You hit a superb solid medium though in my eyes! :thumb:
