Broke out all the toys this weekend. Into the Lang went 10 pound of bacon. Into the Cookshack 6 pounds (well started there) of beef jerky. Was doing a practice cook so the BWS loaded up with 2 butts, 2 briskets and some ribs to follow. The WSM was for the chicken

Now the best part.....I had no place to cold smoke the 3 Eyz salmon---need another cooker
