View Full Version : Ribs going on the UDS today.

Going to put a couple slabs of spares on the uds, because a guy helped my son and grandson move in with us today, and thought I would at least feed him for his help.

The question I have is, rather than freeze 3 1/5 lb sirloin tip roast, I would toss it on the smoker and wondered if anyone saw a problem with it not turning out ok, at what internal temp should it be pulled? Thanks in advance.

I think the roast would be great! I take mine to 125 - 130 internal and then chill before slicing very thin for sandwiches.
