Pulled Pork and Green Chili Enchiladas with pR0n

Thursday night I had some leftover Pulled pork from Mondays little smoke. One of the suggestions I'd seen here several times for using up leftovers, was enchiladas, so off I went on my little journey;

I gotta say, really enjoyed it. The smokey flavor really added to the enchiladas, subtle but definitly there. Good stuff.
