i did some beef ribs awhile back....just rub them and smoked them until they were tender with a toothpick. Goooood.

Freddy J. I used Simply Marvelous pecan for a bit of heat and actually used lump with a piece of peach wood. Lump was all I had.

I started cooking beef ribos because of the praise by the brethren on here.....it has quickly become my FAV beef dish.....Luvluvluv em!!!
