I've been looking for a 16" wok and I can't seem to find one that is of good quality. I want to use it on my Kamado. If any one knows where to get one please let me know. I am looking for a hammered one that will last me a good long while. Once it's seasoned it's an heirloom.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Jed

The best bet will be at a restaurant supply. Lots of them are open to the public(at least around here) if you can find one that caters to the Asian market that would be even better.

Yup, wokshop all the way! I bought my 16" wok from them.

They have these, as well as the Pow or Shanghai style woks, with the single long handle.

+1 for the restaurant supply store or asian market. I bought mine from a local asian market, it was uber cheap and of great quality, definitely was cheaper than the restaurant supply store.

Wok Shop is run by a lady who is familiar with folks who own kamado style cookers. I hear their service is top notch. Ceramicgrillstore.com also has a 16" carbon steel wok.

Too funny. I am looking for a good wok, I have seen these online and I think they're ok but nothing I want to deal with. At 24.95 I think you get what you pay for>

If you get up to west palm beach area, you could try Fortune Cookie market (Forest Hill Blvd. west of I-95) He usually has a nice selection of woks. Nice family owned business.
