Sorry for the delay in posting. Computer at the house is on the fritz and my phone would not upload the photos for some reason.

Turned out pretty good. Would have liked to have seen a bit more uniformity in final temp. I cooked it to internal 130, but the outer parts were more medium. Put it on at around 230 for 3 hrs. Taste was good, but I am more interested to see what it will taste like after chilling and putting on a sandwich with some horseradish and cheddar.

Shows a bit more rare in the photos than it actually is.

Nice cook, I am a little surprised that it was not more evenly cooked at that temperature. Still, looks good.

For a sirloin tip I thought it was fairly soft. Especially once it cooled in the fridge for sandwiches.
