How do you renew your KCBS membership online?
How do you even get to your "account settings" once you have logged in?
I must be blind.

On the very top right of the homepage there is a MemberLogin where you login. Then right next to it is a Join Now button. Click on that and one of the options is "renew".

You might like snail mail and mail in the application along with your check...

My PayPal debits my checking account immediately... No Worries Mate

You can always call them during business hours too. They'll take your card over the phone.

I renewed today by phone.

Quick, easy, and I actually got to talk with a real person. Nice.

And it was a land line to boot.

Ya, I missed it too.

You don't need a PayPal account to do a payment. Just use the guest option and enter the credit card directly. No need to create a PayPal account. No need to do a balance transfer or any nonsense like that.

A lot of web sites will go this route because, unlike a lot of other credit card processors, PayPal does not require you to have a merchant account and the associated fees. They still charge KCBS a transaction fee, but that fee is about the same as what other processors would charge them on top of a merchant fee. It's still a smart choice for a website that isn't selling a huge catalog of items.

Any credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, ect.) payments are not free to the retailer/seller anyways. PayPal is no different.
