Just joking. I suppose I could have done it without the term dumbass. But just in case anyone's interested, I know where there's a meat market in North St. Louis that sells stuff like that. Last time I went by, possum was on special.

Cancel the steak, I was over ruled as the wife wanted fish. Pan fried cod
(in evoo) with rice and steamed asparagus. It was good
