Hi guys, it's been quite a while since I've posted here. Hard to compete with the fantastic cooks that get posted here, but I'll submit this one anyway.

It had been quite a while since I cooked a chuckie, so I picked one up yesterday.

Seasoned liberally with Rub Co Santa Maria Rub.

I set the temp to Smoke, and tossed it on the MAK. I let it get some smoke for the first hour, then adjusted the temp to 275.

Add the meat to the party, and cover.

Cooked until tender, chopped, and scooped onto a sammich.
