Hello BBQ Brethren,
I'm a long-time lover and cooker of NC BBQ, and have recently relocated from the NC piedmont to the SC lowcountry, here in Charleston, SC. I had to leave behind all of my friends' large pits I cooked whole hogs on in NC when I moved down, but I'm keeping the vinegar-soaked dream alive with my old Silver Smoker, which I have just blasted the rust off and repainted. Mods to come soon, and perhaps a stoker.
